Returns and refunds will only be available for catastrophic failures or product defects that hinder function. Must contact first before starting process. I stand by my work one hundred percent and if there is a real problem it will be taken care of.

Custom orders by nature will take longer to fulfill. If the materials are on hand, that will greatly decrease the time. If materials need to be ordered, that could result in 2-4 week lead time. Please contact first to start the process.
