Welcome to Free State Outfitters. Im Jeff Puls the sole owner and operator on this small business  based in Omaha, Nebraska. My focus is on nylon gear built for military, law enforcement and civilian use. I keep things simple by offering American made gear that’s  made with Berry Compliant materials. Balancing a full time job and this being a one man show, I take pride in each piece I make and will work my hardest to keep inventory up and introduce new items.
